Reminders for dancers!
1 - Flashmob is THIS SATURDAY!
For those participating in our first GNAG Dance Flashmob, here is what you need to know!
- we are meeting in the MULTI PURPOSE ROOM at 11AM on Saturday. We will do a few run throughs, answer any questions.
- We are performing at 12PM (NOON) right on the street at the intersection of Lyon and Third, and will be facing down Lyon towards the GCC. (we will make a human barrier to protect the dancers from all four corners)
- You can wear whatever you want
- PLEASE film and post up on Youtube as GNAG Flashmob 2011
2 - Dance Classes are still on this Saturday
- Ballet 8-10 and Intensives 1, 2, 3 still have classes on Saturday! Very important to attend as we are taking our class photos!
3 - Dance Class Photos are this week!
- Starting May 28th-June 3rd, we will be taking dance class photos as a fundraiser for the GNAG Dance Program
- To receive a copy of the group photo, you must pre-order before the end of the week (June 3)
- Please do not forget to send your dancer to dance class with all costume pieces
- Dance photos can be picked up on June 5th at the Dance Recital
4 - Dance Recital is Sunday, June 5th
- Doors will open at 12pm.
- Dancers should arrive between then at 12:50pm in the Main Hall in full costume
- Intensive 1, 2, 3 and contemporary 11-14/13-17 will be asked to arrive at 10am Sunday Morning
- DVDs of the recital are available for pre-order no later than June 5
- Admission to the Dance Recital is free. There will be a bake sale and raffle event taking place, so don’t forget to bring some loonies!
